I can’t believe it’s Friday already! Seriously…where is the time and summer going? Someone told me that time goes by much faster when you have kids, and they were so right!! Anyway, I’m linking up again with Courtney, Cynthia and Mar, The DC Trifecta, for The Friday Five!! The topic this week is fitness snapshots!!
#1 Tempo work to start of the week! On the treadmill!
#2 Hydration–I’m really trying to get a handle on my hydration. I feel like I’m always chronically dehydrated and as much as I try to drink, it just doesn’t happen. So I’m trying something new. I bought this 101 oz bottle of water at the store the other day and I’m just using it to refill my water bottle all day (preferably finishing by 5pm so I’m not peeing all night). After I finish, I refill it, throw it in the fridge and it’s ready to go for the next day. I’ve even been bringing it with me when I go out with the kids so I have no excuse NOT to have water to drink.
#3 Hill repeats–My first time EVER doing hill repeats. This photo doesn’t really give you a good idea of the incline but let me tell you it was pretty big. More to come on my weekly recap on Monday!
